As a business owner, I understand there are sometimes when we are in crunch time to wrap up deadlines & launches, and always deliver what’s promised, even if that means working early, late, or on weekends and responding to more messages to ensure we meet our goals. With all that said, I am also a wife & mother, and I value my family time, so communication is very important regarding expectations, deadlines, and capabilities from both sides!
